Abstract

SUMMARY:
Isolated septal perforator narrowing asa cause of significant subjective and object ive myocardial ischemia is rare. We are reporting one such case of isolated II septal perforator narrowing resulting in rest angina, and positive stress ECG and stress echocardiography.
