This article has been retracted due to the authors' violation of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) guidelines and the Pakistan Heart Journal Policies regarding concurrent submission of a manuscript. Additionally, one or more of the authors did not approve of the manuscript for submission.
